Class includes a dynamic warm-up for improved mobility and to get you ready to move.  Be prepared for strength building, calorie torching movements taught by expert trainers and learn how to perform better with specific equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells and bands.  
Class is designed in a Cross-fit/High intensity format created to push you from beginning to end with awesome sets and workouts.  This is one of SF’s hardest classes, hands-down!

SF’s original Row to Floor workout! Be ready to push your strength and conditioning levels to new limits.

Class includes a dynamic warmup to get you ready to move well and teaches you how to row perfectly. 4-minute rounds of strength moves including; kettlebells, dumbbells, and resistance are followed by 4-minute rounds of conditioning on our rowing machines.

 

Class includes conditioning, HIIT, bodyweight and core-work. No one offers a more dynamic and fun class. Bring your “A-game” and have your Fitness Transformed.

This one of a kind workout is a combination of two of our amazing classes: Tribe Fit HIIT and Tribe Yoga Flow.

Start with 25 minutes of Tribe Fit HIIT workouts, utilizing kettlebells and dumbbells to get you sweating and moving. Then cool down with 20 minutes of Tribe Yoga Flow to stretch and recover!

 

Come prepared to sweat, workout hard, and leave feeling amazing after shavasana.
