About a year ago I decided that it was time to focus on my health and fitness. Knowing that I needed a motivator to get me into the gym, I was lucky enough to get paired up with Tribe SF. Working with Tribe SF has been great because they focus on making sure the time we spend together yield the maximum results. More importantly though, they provide guidance around the factors that impact one's health and fitness outside the gym. This has been invaluable in achieving my goals.
