Working with Nick has completely changed my life. My goal was to find a balance in my life that would allow me to focus on becoming physically and mentally healthier. After 5 weeks of private training, twice a week (1 day of yoga and 1 day of strength training), I have felt a tremendous change in my body and mind. As a result, I am happier, have more energy, and feel stronger than I have in a very long time. He challenges me to the point that I am amazed at what my body can do and how quickly it can transform. There are so many things in my day-to-day life that I can’t control, but Nick has taught me that health and balance in my life are two that I can.
